What it does
Most capsule wardrobe content online is one writer’s wardrobe, dressed up as universal advice. The Capsule Builder is the inverse: it uses the directory’s cross-product data — formality range, fit consistency, seasonality, color coherence — to generate a capsule that’s yours, not ours.
What you give it
- //A fit profile — your measurements at five points, plus brands that have historically fit you well. We use brand fit consistency to predict how new pieces will land.
- //Climate + use — Pacific Northwest winter, NYC office life, year-round in Singapore. The capsule weights toward what works where you live.
- //Budget envelope — total spend, with the option to weight toward fewer quality pieces or more variety.
- //Aesthetic anchor — pick an archetype (Updated Heritage, Quiet Premium, Workwear, etc.) or three, and the builder leans toward brands that fit.
What you get back
A 12–18 piece capsule with each item linked back to its Loopwheel review. A coherence score that flags when one piece is fighting the rest. An honest budget breakdown — here’s the cost-per-wear math, here’s where to spend more, here’s where to save. Saved capsules update over time as the directory grows or new sales land.
When this ships
The Capsule Builder waits on enough product depth to generate meaningful suggestions. Once the directory hits ~300 reviewed products with full fingerprint scoring, the Builder has enough surface to work from. Premium tier launches alongside.
